Rules Ignorantia non est argumentum.

* - Buy/Sell/Trade/Donate/Sharing accounts is forbidden, users who decide to break this rule will get permanent ban.
Also sharing account can result in ban for your account if other player got ban on his account, because when sharing, system will detect you both as same person and the punishment can be applied to both (or all accounts bind together).
That's why I ask you once again to stop sharing your account details with others, keep your account safe from problems!

* - Buying/Selling gold/items/accounts for real money or to other servers - is forbidden, users who decide to break this rule will get permanent ban without any warning.

* - Scamming/Stealing of any kind (account/items) is forbidden, users who break this rule be banned permanently without any warning or right of appeal.
Also here applies the rule of sharing accounts, check above!

1 Client

* - Using more than 1 Client (from same ip) in one place (where you can get any kind of advantage over other players for example: GM Events / Fortress War / CTF / Uniques spawn points) is not allowed!
(it is allowed for stalls/exchange between accounts/players, Plvl on mobs with all 4 own chars at same time)
The afk-bot method at UNIQUE SPAWN POINTS is not allowed.
Whoever decides to break this rule will be Warned, Prison or banned 1 Day up to Permanent ban.

Fort

- It is FORBIDDEN to participate in a Fort War with multiple characters, including switching between characters that belong to different guilds.!
** If the warning is ignored, a prison sentence applies until the end of the Fort war for both characters.
- It is forbidden to use the BOT in afk mode, GM may PM you to check, reply asap.
*** If the warning is ignored or Player do not reply in time, will be sent to Prison, still can get out during the FW if contact GM, if will be again detected as AFK Botting will be sent to Prison until the fort war ends.

Academy

You are NOT allowed to use your own Accounts/Characters for Academy, means you cannot join your chars from other accounts you registered to your own Academy!
Warning / Temp ban & Academy points wipe.

PvP

** Applies to PvP at Jangan South only!
* - It is FORBIDDEN to ZERK / PK / OUTSIDE BUFF in JANGAN SOUTH AT ALL!!!
(if it happens by accident... apologize, if you don't, your "mistake" will result in a Warning, Prison or 1 Day Ban).
If you want to PvP with ZERK, go somewhere else.
Do not provoke or harass players who are engaged in PvP. If someone asks you nicely not to attack them, just don't.
This does not mean that you have to be a tattletale and just report everyone, try to talk to the players first, it helps.

* - PK is forbidden in - GM Events, Event Areas, Uniques Spot (killing players who hunt Uniques to steal them for example).
For the rest, you're on your own, Silkroad is a dangerous place.
* - Spamming/CAPSLOCK in global chat, as well as talking extensively in other languages in global.
* - Causing any kind of trouble/drama/flame or Lying/Forging evidence and falsely accusing/reporting someone with the intent of getting that person banned will result in Warning, Prison or Temp ban, depening on circumstances.
* - DO NOT TRY to find loopholes/excuses to these rules thinking you will get away, we will find and punish you, and depending on the gravity of the situation, 3rd parties involved will be banned too. If you see/hear someone breaking/trying to break a rule report it to staff members.
* - In case we get multiple scammer reports, rules violation, and thier IPs are from same city/area, we might consider banning the entire area in order to prevent future attempts. Even country bans could be applied!
